1) Agreement
By using Zixo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region) and legally able to accept these Terms.
3) Your Content & License to Us
You retain ownership of media you upload or create. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (apply effects, previews, export, backups, and anti‑abuse). This license ends when processing is complete and server‑side copies are deleted.
4) Generated Outputs
Outputs may be created with third‑party AI models. Quality and accuracy may vary; review before publishing. You are responsible for how you use Outputs and for complying with laws and platform rules.
5) Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Infringe IP or privacy rights; upload content you don’t have permission to use.
- Generate illegal, violent, or sexually explicit content; harass or abuse others.
- Reverse engineer, attack, or overload the Service; circumvent limits or fees.
We may suspend or remove content or access for violations.
6) Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
- Zixo offers auto‑renewing subscriptions and credit packs via the App Store. Prices are shown in‑app.
- Credits are units to run effects; non‑transferable, no cash value, and do not expire (unless required by law or upon account/device reset where recovery isn’t possible without proof of purchase).
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy. We do not provide direct refunds.
7) Purchase Restoration & Sync
Entitlements are tied to your Apple ID via RevenueCat/App Store. Use Restore Purchases to recover subscriptions/credits on the same Apple ID. Cross‑device sync may require the same Apple ID; we do not require a separate login.
8) Intellectual Property
The Service, templates, and brand assets (including “Zixo”) are our IP or our licensors’. You’re granted a limited, revocable license to use the app as intended.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT). Functionality may change without notice.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to use the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms.
12) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
13) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved individually, without class actions, in the courts with jurisdiction over your residence. Nothing limits consumer protection rights you may have under mandatory law.
14) Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in‑app or on our site. Continued use means acceptance.
